We run, have fun, and enjoy every route, building the foundation for a life full of new experiences and fresh goals. Free training sessions for all levels, from first timers to seasoned runners.
Each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Starting point: Southwest entrance of the Park, access from the main road Nicosia – Latsia (See the location here.)
Difficulty: easy trail with little uphill in the first 1.5 km
Distance: 4 km
Training Program:
Warm-up, running exercises, mainly training, stretching.
It is recommended that participants have a small mattress or towel with them to perform some exercises.
